What you give directly
When you submit a form on this site — whether to book a speaking event, inquire about coaching, or sign up for the newsletter — you provide information directly: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you include in your message. That information is collected through Gravity Forms and, for newsletter signups, transferred to Flodesk to manage email delivery.
What the site collects automatically
This site uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymized data about how visitors use the site: pages visited, time on site, general location at the city or region level, and device type. This data is aggregated and not tied to your identity. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
How information is used
Contact and booking inquiries
Your contact information is used to respond to your inquiry and communicate about speaking or coaching engagements. Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Email newsletter
The newsletter is managed through Flodesk. By signing up, you agree to receive monthly emails from Amberly Neese Ministries. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in WordPress until manually deleted. Email list data is managed within Flodesk and subject to their retention policies.
Third-party services
This site uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies.
